Sreedharan is a Graduate in Commerce and Law and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. After working in various companies in Maharashtra and Karnataka from 1977 to 1985, he started whole-time practice as a Company Secretary from 1988 onwards.

He was a Government Nominee on the Central Council of ICSI (1998-2000) and elected twice to the Central Council of ICSI from Southern India (2001-2006). He has served on various committees of the Institute and the Secretarial Standards Board. He was also a member of the Committee for drafting Rules for the Companies Act, 2013 of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi.

He is a member of the Peer Review Board since 2022. He is an Arbitrator empanelled by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for resolution of disputes between investors and Trading Members, guest speaker at various platforms including the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, HAL, etc and has addressed students and members on various occasions.

He passed the Limited Insolvency Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in the month of June 2017. He is a director on the board of Tatsat Corporate Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru.

As a seasonal professional, Mr. Sreedharan has abundant experience in the field of corporate laws, besides being an Arbitrator. He also acts as a guide to the other partners and plays the role of a mentor.

Pradeep B. Kulkarni is a graduate in Commerce from Karnataka University, Dharwad and is a Fellow Member of the ICSI. He completed his Apprenticeship Training under V. Sreedharan and became a Founder Partner from 2008.

Pradeep was the Chairman of the Bengaluru Chapter of ICSI for the year 2019. He was a member of the Managing Committee of CCGRT, Mumbai in 2021 and was a member of the Managing Committee of the Centre of Excellence, Hyderabad in 2021 and 2022. He has also addressed students of the Bangalore Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India on academic subjects. He is a Director on the board of Tatsat Corporate Solutions Private Limited, Bengaluru.

He was the Chairman of SIRC of ICSI for 2024-25.

Pradeep brings to the firm his rich experience of about 15 years of professional practice in the fields of corporate law, NCLT and FEMA.
